When submitting a claim all information requested must be provided, including full name, address, phone number, email address, Hisense product code, valid serial number, purchase date, retailer, and copy of proof of purchase.

Enjoy the free TV

Once a claim has been validated, the free TV will be delivered to the address provided in the claim form within 45 days of the claim being validated.

The free TV reward is subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the TV with a similar model of equivalent or greater value.
